Returns & Exchanges

If you are not completely satisfied with an item you’ve purchased from www.movelle.store, we’ll be happy to give you a full refund within 14 days of you receiving the order, as long as the item is returned in its original condition and is unworn, unwashed and has all its labels still attached. 

 

WHERE TO RETURN ITEMS

First please check that the items you’d like to return meet the requirements of our returns policy and that you have included the relevant form. Please note returns sent without the relevant form may not be refunded.

Please send the package to the following address;

Please note the cost to return the item will not be refunded.

To ensure items are suitable for return and in the interests of hygiene, we ask that you make sure no makeup or creams etc. come into contact with bras while you are trying them on and you do not try on briefs. We reserve the right to refuse to refund where this clearly has not been adhered to and if briefs are returned in damaged or open packaging.

 

To return your item, please log in to your account on www.movelle.store  and complete the onscreen instructions. Once complete please pack your order and add an order number and enclose in the returned package, along with the items you wish to return. 

Please make sure you get proof of postage from the post office, and keep this safe until you have received your refund.

 

We’ll let you know by email once your return has been received. We aim to refund you within 14 days of receiving the returned item, but please bear in mind that refunds cannot be processed over the weekend.


RETURN OF FAULTY GOODS

If you think an item we’ve sent you is faulty, please write to us at hello@movelle.store and provide a brief explanation of the fault. Once the item has been received it will be checked by our returns team to confirm if it is a manufacturing fault.
