Returns

We allow 14 calendar days to return products. To process a return, please download, complete, and return the returns form available at the following address [LINK].

The form should be included with the products in the return shipment, which should be sent to us at:

Refunds will be processed using the same method used to pay for the order.

*We kindly ask you to send the parcel containing the product in question via a courier company other than Poczta Polska.

**Packages sent Cash on Delivery or for pickup at a Parcel Locker will not be collected and will be returned to the sender.
